Dear Voter,
I am officially announcing my candidacy for Mayor of Tyler, Texas, running on a platform of accountability, efficiency, and a renewed focus on serving the citizens of our great city.
For the last several years, I’ve watched our city government lose sight of its most important duty-serving the people. We have a hard working, faith-driven community that deserves better than bureaucratic runarounds and unresponsive city government.
As Mayor, I will refocus city government on customer service and delivering real results—not red tape and endless engineering studies. We must prioritize our infrastructure—from public safety and service delivery to transparent billing.
My campaign will center on three core principles:
Refocusing City Staff on Customer Service: City Hall should operate with the same urgency and respect as a private business. Residents and business owners deserve clear communication, timely responses, and a city staff that works for them—not the other way around.
Eliminating Waste and Inefficiency: I will lead a comprehensive audit of every city department to identify bloated budgets, misused resources, and outdated practices. Every taxpayer dollar must be spent wisely—inefficiency will no longer be tolerated.
Restoring Trust Through Transparency and Results: From public works, to planning and zoning, to volunteer board selection, the people of Tyler deserve to know how their government operates—and that it’s working for them. As Mayor, I will hold every department accountable and provide regular progress updates to the public.
I’m not a career politician. I’m a frustrated citizen and businessman who’s tired of watching city government become less responsive and more disconnected from the people it’s meant to serve. I’m stepping up because Tyler deserves better—and I’m ready to lead the charge.
I believe a high quality of life in our community will be the natural result of a city government focused on exceptional public safety and exceptional public infrastructure. A safe community, safe roads, clean water, and reliable waste systems—these are our mandates. Doing them well, with outstanding customer service, will lay the foundation for a thriving city.
